Looking for someone I met on the 13July 08 whilst on Holiday

I met a German guy on Sunday the 13th July 2008, he was wearing a black suit and sunglasses, he could not Speak english properly and was with a friend and he took my hotel number, I was staying at the Carat Frankfurt Airport Hotel room number 119.
