Experienced female personal trainer

I am a female freelance personal trainer currently working and living in Dubai.

I have 6 years of experience, two years in London,and four years in Dubai.

I am covering Dubai Marina, JBR, JLT, Palm Jumeira,and Umm Suqeim and Jumeira area, training my clients in their gyms, homes, gardens, local beaches or parks.

I am pre and post natal qualified, and most of my clients are actually pregnant ladies,or ones they just had a baby.

I am trying to raise importance of safe exercising during and after the pregnancy in the Middle East, as there isn't enough information out there about it and there are many misconceptions, so please feel free to ask me any questions on that topic, or any topic related health&fitness in general.
