Hard Money Loans will require both verifiable collateral, as well as substantiated Assets. Interest rates begin at Twelve-percent (12%), plus Three (3) Points. Funding can take place within Three (3) days.

Private Equity Investments and Venture Capital Financing can take a minimum of Fifteen (15) to Forty-five (45) days or more for approval, depending on the nature of the Investment and Term of the Capitalization, in accordance with the estimated Return on Investment ("R.O.I.").
