looking for English speaker as language exchange partner

hi,I'm a Chinese woman.37 y.o.now.I'm learning English.I would like to looking for a English speaker as my language exchange partner.I speak Chinese mandarin.
about myself.I have a husband and a daughter,and we live in Anshan,China.
we can use Msn,Ym,Icq or QQ ect,I hope we can through eg the microphone to learn each other.and the best time is 9a.m.to 4p.m from Mon to Fri for me in my time.if time different is little between us or you will be free at that time,it'll very nice.
