Online English classes

Hello language learners,

I would like to welcome you to my profile. I am offering English classes online. I have taught online students from Middle East, Europe, Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Russia, and I would like to expand my teaching services.

I have been teaching English speaking and writing to international students for about 8 years now. I have an MA degree in Teaching English as a second language from Penn State University, USA. I also have taken PhD course work in Applied Linguistics at the same university. I have taught English to undergraduate and graduate students in USA for about six years. Last year I also taught at a university in Istanbul, Turkey. Then I moved to the American University in Bulgaria where I am a Writing Instructor and Writing Center Director.

I know well that learning a language is not easy and requires heavy practice.
Because students' needs are different, I take an individual approach to each student. Together we assess the needs that the student has and we plan what we are going to do later in our classes. Speaking classes could be strictly conversational or accompanied by a textbook, depending on your preferences.
