Walking is one of the million ways to lose weight and reduce calories. And we offer more than walking. We offer fun, enjoyment and healthy lifestyle that will make your daily routine extraordinary!

Our Start to Walk program is designed for young and old, for in-active and semi-active people but also for the very fit.
Obviously this program is more than just going for a walk. Its goal is to enhance a persons’ fitness as well as it is intended to be a social workout.
This program is about being:
• Socially active.
• A sport that can be practiced by all ages.
• Improving a persons’ fitness level.
• A justified built-up of program sessions.
• Offering a healthy way of being active even if you have mild health conditions.

When: Sunday & Tuesday & Thursday
Time: 8 p.m.
Where: Al Sadd Sports Club - Track Field
Assessment: Saturday 28th of February
Start of program: Sunday 1st of March
Length of program: 10 weeks – 30 sessions in total
