***START TO WALK***

Our Start to Walk program is designed for young and old, for in-active and semi-active people but also for the very fit.

Obviously this program is more than just going for a walk. Its goal is to enhance a persons’ fitness as well as it is intended to be a social workout.
This program is about being:
•Socially active.
•A sport that can be practiced by all ages.
•Improving a persons’ fitness level.
•A justified built-up of program sessions.
•Offering a healthy way of being active even if you have mild health conditions.

When: Sunday & Tuesday & Thursday

Time: 8 pm

Where: Al Sadd Sports Club - Track Field

Assessment: Saturday 21 February

Start of program: Sunday 22 February

End of program: Thursday 30 April

Length of program: 10 weeks – 30 sessions in total
