Australian construction company for Saudi Arabia work

I am an Australian consulting for a successful Saudi group of companies. The group employs over 5000 people, involved in manufacturing, trading, operation & maintenance, and construction. The construction company employs some 700 people, qualified for government projects up to $A100 million (due to qualify for un-lilmited contract values).
I am in the process of reorganising the construction company to enable taking advantage of the ongoing building boom in Saudi Arabia.
