weight loss program for ladies by housewife

Hello there,
Only for ladies
This is not a gym its a weightloss program by a housewife. I have been trying to lose weight and have certain information required to lose weight but need a group for motivation.
I am designing this course for overweight ladies, she should have no severe health problem and I am not accepting obese ladies only overweight who can do exercise program.
-There will be a team of 10 overweight ladies who will motivate each other throughout one month we will do continuous exercise 5 days a week in the morning timings 9to11.
-We will take starting weight on the first day of the exercise program of each lady and then we will see in the end of the month how much we lost.
Fee for the whole program is 400 riyals. If you are interested in joining our team you should confirm it through email as the program will be starting from Saturday.

After you confirm through email then I will give the lady contact number for location.
ladies will be taken from first come first will attend the course.
