Throughout the process the firm continually checks and confirms that the required steps are being accomplished and obligations fulfilled by all involved parties.

For clients purchasing Italian property, Studio Legale Metta has developed a Comprehensive Conveyance Package which groups together the standard legal activities necessary to complete an Italian property purchase. A flat fee has been established which covers all the services included in this package. The flat fee for the Comprehensive Conveyance Package is typically 1% of the purchase price with a minimum of €1,500. All fees are clearly communicated to the client in writing prior to the commencement of any work.
