Private English teacher offering summer courses - €20

Professional, experienced, native English speaking teacher with CELTA certification is offering private to semi-private tuition (maximum of 2 students per lesson) to students of all ages. The teacher is located in Thoiry, France (near CERN) and the lessons can take place either at her home (in which she has a classroom) or at the home of the student. All material used supports the British curriculum, unless specific material is requested. The cost of the tuition is 20€ per hour (per student) if the lessons take place in the teacher’s home, or 25€ per hour if the teacher is required to travel to the student’s home. Lessons can last from one hour to three hours depending on the needs of the student. A half hour long, free evaluation is offered to all new students. Topics of tuition: Laying a strong English language foundation, encouraging fluency in reading, writing, and speaking, using correct pronunciation, eliminating grammar errors, and acquiring a wide range of vocabulary are strongly emphasized themes of the tuition. The teacher is experienced in preparing students for English exams such as FCE, CAE, and BEC.
