Our Private Party (a family of eight) did a 1 day trip to Tangiers last October. We followed Rick Steeves' advice and contacted Jamal Jamali at email:([Email ukryty]) to be our guide. He arranged everything for us: the ferry tickets; met us at the ferry, toured around the outskirts of the City; walked the Kasbah; toured the Souks/markets, stopped for an authentic Moroccan lunch with Berber music, put us back on the ferry; all with no hassle. He was with us the whole time and was great. If you do venture out on your own, definitely hire a private guide. we wanted to say we enjoyed the day very much; glad we went.
