Yoga Teacher is offering Intro to Yoga classes that run at six week intervals. This course will include Ashtanga Yoga, Kripalu Yoga, and Yoga/pilates on the ball. It is meant for those who have never done yoga before and would like to see all that we offer at the studio. At this time we are the only English-spoken yoga center in Budapest.
