I’m looking for 5 women to test it out at a big discount, help me work out the kinks, and get amazing results that I can use as a case study.
Don’t think that you have to follow a restrictive and over-complicated diet to get results. Dogmatic approaches are hard to sustain anyway.
Because we are all staying at home now so pls start to limit for example your snacking : Create a daily allowance of snacking and just stick to it! « Yes even with the corona Virus 🦠 we can still work on ourself »
Just imagine , it will be so sad to just give up now , and let your weight goes up knowing that Holiday is just round the corner. I know it not an easy task.. But let me give you the good news !! And , just to let you know am putting together a new VIRTUAL program starting on Monday 13th April.
This is specifically for women years who are right NOW stressed and putting on weight because of cooking and looking after kids ( or just staying at home all day du to COVID 19 but hoping to lose up to 10 lbs in the next 60 days.
