At Haven Yoga & Meditation, the yoga sessions we teach is Vinyasa Flow. The word “vinyasa” can be translated as “arranging something in a special way,” like yoga poses or asanas. In our vinyasa yoga classes, we coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. We also teach breathing techniques, meditation and mindfulness classes. Suitable for all levels.
