A gas analyzer is a device that measures the composition of gases. They can be used to identify and measure gases in the air, liquids, and solids. Gas analyzers are ideal for identifying hazardous gases, and determining the composition of gases in an industrial process.
The gas analyzer OMGA-2000 UV online monitoring gas analyzer is a one-site installation gas analyzer that has been developed after years of research and design on online gas analysis instruments. It can monitor gas parameters including the concentration of SO2, NOx, O2, dust, humidity, temperature, flow, etc. It is widely applied to tall gas emission monitoring and process analysis in many fields, including coal-fired power plants, waste-to-energy plants, cement factories, glass factories, lime factories, sinter coke ovens, the DeSox process, and the DeSox process flow principles.
The OMGA-2000 Flue Gas Analyzer is a highly integrated single-flange gas monitoring equipment, of which the core detection module adopts nondispersive infrared (NDIR) and differential optical absorption spectroscopy (DOAS) gas absorption technology with independent intellectual property rights. The specially designed measuring cell effectively improves optical path length for gas absorption, which can measure trace gas accurately inside the pipeline. The ILTA-1000 can be widely applied in online gas monitoring situations including denitrification devices, boiler flues, exhaust detection, etc. One piece of equipment can realize online monitoring for multiple gas components, such as CO, CS, NO, NO„, etc.
The ITLA-1000xx (In-Situ Tunable Laser Analyzer) laser gas analyzer is a highly precise analyzer for gas measurement, developed based on tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy. One-side mounting installation is much easier than cross-stack. By using a tunable semiconductor laser, the ITLA-1000xx series laser gas analyzer scans the specific absorption lines of the measured gas (no background gas) to get the second harmonic of the gas. Through processing and analyzing the second harmonic and the broadening information of the gas, the concentration of the gas is obtained.
VGA-1000 is a flameproof tunable laser gas analyzer based on TDLAS technology that can in-situ analyse 02, CO, NH3, CO2, CH4, H2O, HCI, HF, and other gases in various complex conditions. It consists of a transmitter, receiver, and connection box. The transmitter drives the tunable diode to emit a laser of certain wavelengths, which passes through the environment to be measured, then reaches the receiver. The receiver performs photoelectricity conversion, signal processing, and spectrum data analysis to obtain the measuring result. The connection box contains a 1/0 interface, making the connection of the power cable and signal cable convenient.
